Braintree, MA - October 31, 2019 - On October 29th Shenkman Capital hosted our Roundtable Event in New York for clients in in the metro area. The quarterly regional roundtables provide a unique opportunity to network with Satuit users in the asset management industry. Participants engaged in lively discussions on topics such as how to drive CRM user engagement within their organizations, ways to expand CRM usage via Satuit E-Marketing plug-ins, and education on best practices around CRM for asset managers. The afternoon included optional customized training tailored by the questions asked during the morning roundtable event.
Attendees experienced an atmosphere of collaboration and idea-sharing spurred by presentations both by clients and Satuit staff. Many of which continued throughout the day. Clients were also given a glimpse into Satuit’s Product Roadmap and upcoming features like "click to dial" using softphone connections supported by almost every digital phone system, along with updates to the Outlook add in, and new drag and drop functionality for adding documents.
