Satuit Technologies believes that training is key to a successful CRM implementation. Users need to feel comfortable with the new software, and understand how it benefits them personally, not just the organization as a whole. Satuit offers users, system administrator, and IT training in prepackaged half day courses, or can create custom training programs specifically for your organization. Most training classes may be conducted either on-site or on-line.
SatuitCRM Getting Started
This class is designed to help new users master the basic functions of SatuitCRM. General training topics in this class include finding, adding, and extracting information from SatuitCRM. In addition to basic functionality, Satuit Best Practices for Sales and Client Service teams using SatuitCRM will be discussed.
SatuitCRM Advanced Features
The Advanced Features training session is designed for users who are familiar with the basic functionality in SatuitCRM and are now looking to get more out of the system. Advanced or "power" users will be guided through custom searches, mass mailings, campaign management, linking relationships, management reporting, and saved views, among other functions.
SatuitCRM System Administrator
This is a focused training session for the user with SatuitCRM System Administrator privileges. This training class focuses on the tools offered through the system administrator function in SatuitCRM including, managing pick lists, data audit reports, updating field labels, importing and exporting data, data management, and UI configuration.
Custom Training
Satuit offers customized training sessions that are tailored to your team’s specific challenges. Typically, a trainer will be on site to work with your users as they tackle daily challenges and demonstrate how SatuitCRM can be used to streamline those tasks. This session is a "hands on" approach, intended for SatuitCRM "power" users.
