Satuit Technologies announces the release of SatuitCRM Version 12
Norwell, MA – September 14, 2011 – Satuit Technologies Inc., a global leader in software for the professional investment and wealth management markets, today announced the release of SatuitCRM v12. SatuitCRM integrates front and back office functions and fuses CRM and SFA functionality in an easy to use set of tools. This latest release was successfully rolled out to the first round of SaaS (Software as a Service) clients over the weekend of August 20th. Remaining clients will be upgraded in two rounds starting September 24th.
“SatuitCRM v12 encompasses a substantial update to the look and feel of the software as well as a number of improved or new functions,” said James Plassmann, SatuitCRM Product Manager. The release’s upgrades were driven by user input gathered through an extensive series of client meetings, webinars, and surveys.
In addition to an updated look and feel, the user interface redesign reduces the number of clicks required to do any task. Additionally, the new version has expanded existing functionality to include greater flexibility for searching and filtering. The search and list creation functions are extremely powerful and easy to use, and include the ability to sort, filter, group, and print all search returns. Satuit has also added a number of new features in this release, including a Workflow Engine, a Recycle Bin and expanded email marketing integration with plug-ins for third party marketing tools including Exact Target and Dot-Mailer.
