Clients Give Satuit Technologies “Success Summit” High Marks As a Valuable Investment

Satuit “Success Summit” annual client conference given highly favorable reviews by attendees
With more than 90 attendees representing approximately 60 asset manger clients, Satuit’s “Success Summit”, its 12th annual user conference, was “very Informative and well worth the investment to attend…” according to one attendee, a conclusion echoed by many at the event held at Boston’s Seaport World Trade Center. This year’s summit brought together for the first time clients across the complete Satuit product line, including CRM, Secure Internet Portal and report packaging and delivery software (Satuit PackMan). The Summit included a keynote speech on social media by A.J. Gerritson of 451Marketing who spoke on the relevance and increasing use of social media in B2B marketing. Conference attendees participated in a group experiment to use Twitter to disseminate ideas and tips on the conference.
The conference included 16 breakout sessions covering the spectrum from training, to discussion groups, to software demonstrations. The program was organized to allow maximum learning and interaction for participants. The Summit also offered many opportunities for networking and exchanging tips on using the software, leading one participant to say that it was: “very helpful to hear what other advanced Satuit users are doing and how they do it -- helps to realize the full potential of the system.”
Plans are already underway to further develop the user groups that naturally form at the conference by tapping client users who want to volunteer to lead a user group at next year’s conference. Topics under consideration are Compliance and Social Networking; Sales Metrics; Client Reporting; Developing a Culture of CRM Best Practices.
