Satuit set a goal of engaging participants with an open forum format at this year’s client conference and according to one participant, “the most valuable sessions were the New Product Demonstration and the Enhancement review.” Many others noted the opportunity to vote on enhancements for upcoming releases to be an eye opening perspective on the direction of the CRM.
“Every year we strive to provide our clients with the most valuable learning experience relative to our products and services,” said Karen Maguire, CEO of Satuit. “This year we wanted to emphasize the value of interacting not only with the Satuit development team, but also with one another.”
Participants at this year’s conference were given the opportunity to preview SatuitCRM v 10.11 and other new products that Satuit has developed and are pending release, as well as interact with the team responsible for developing the overall direction of the CRM and firm as a whole.
“We take our clients’ ideas and concerns seriously,” noted Njal Larson, Satuit’s Chief Strategy Officer, “and fold feedback into a higher return on investment for every user.”
Satuit will build on the success of this year’s format and is planning a joint conference including Satuit clients and clients from Satuit’s new subsidiary, Lync Technologies. The date will be late September 2011.
