Senior Technical Client Support Representative

 Satuit Technologies is looking to grow the Relationship Management team.   Satuit provides custom software to financial services professionals.   We have over 300 asset management clients around the globe.   Our clients can be large banks and small boutiques.   We are looking for an experienced, energetic and technically savvy professional to join the Client Support team in its Norwell, MA office.   You will provide high level client service, technical support and training.

Responsibilities:

Resolve customer support requests in a timely manner

  • Triage and identify root cause of customer technical issues

  • Be able to take the lead in solving customer issues and working with little or no direction

  • Assist with operations projects and process improvement projects

  • Provide superior customer service using expert knowledge of Satuit CRM software and technical skills to complete your job

  • Provide remote technical and application support to existing customers and assist in configuring and installing software for new customers

  • Support existing Satuit customers, work together with systems administrators of our customers to identify, research and resolve technical problems and respond to technical support requests via telephone and email

  • Document and track technical support requests to ensure a timely resolution
  • Provide telephone and email support to external customers. Troubleshoot and provide recommended workarounds/fixes to complex problems

Maintain and update support tools and product documentation

·     Help improve future product releases by prioritizing known product defects and by communicating customer feedback regarding product usability to the Product Strategy group

·     Contribute to the creation and maintenance of customer documentation including writing support notes, FAQ's and product documentation

·     Maintain the customer information system by keeping all call-related and customer demographic information up to date

·    Interact with Development, Q/A, and Product Strategy as required to escalate and resolve customer issues. Work directly with Development for hard-to-resolve issues

Qualifications:

·         At least 3-5 years prior work

·         BS/BA Degree

·         Strong follow through and attention to details

·         Superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and staff, including inquiries and complaints

·         Hands-on attitude - ready to roll-up-your sleeves and "dig in" to solve
problems

·         Strong authoritative direction to others
