With a focus on building knowledge and skills, responsibilities for Entry level positions can vary widely from day-to-day based on project needs and employee skills but will include exposure to Client Support, Professional Services, Information Technology and Quality Assurance. The right candidates can look forward to advancement in Professional Services Consulting, Product Development, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Sales Engineering or other available opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in various projects within Professional Services, Product Support, Quality Assurance, and Information Technology Groups
- Meet quality and productivity goals
- Answer end user questions related to our software
- Resolve technical issues and manage client enquiries
- Update and create end-user documentation and video training materials
- Participate in software QA testing and maintain QA documentation material, as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of client communication programs\
The right candidate must have:
- A bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of work experience.
- Completed course work in one or more of the following or similar areas:
o Programming & Software Development
o Network Administration
o Relational Database Administration
o High Availability Computing
o Software as a Service (SaaS)
o Web Application Design and Development
- Superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated skills as a team player
Additional experience in the following areas would be a plus:
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship (CRM) applications
- Familiarity of Financial Services Industry
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Software QA Experience

Most benefits are available to eligible employees who work 30 or more hours per week. Those working less than 30 hours per week are granted most benefits on a pro-rated basis.
