This position is not a call center support representative job, but a job where the person will be on a first name basis with our clients providing them with exceptional customer software support service. The right candidate will be well organized, have outstanding technical skills and enjoy solving problems. Additionally, the candidate will have the skill and aptitude to triage difficult issues affecting usability, including error messages, network and client OS problems, etc. This is an ideal position for a candidate who has some basic technical knowledge, an ability to communicate, loves problem solving and can excel in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer end user questions related to our software

Resolve technical issues and manage client enquiries

Update and create end-user documentation and training materials as needed

Be a liaison between the client and our technical services team for technical issues, bug reporting

Participate in software QA testing and maintain QA documentation material, as needed

Identify potential revenue opportunities in customer queries

Assist in the development and implementation of client communication programs
The right candidate must have:
-
A bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of related client services/support work experience.

Superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of relational databases
-
Demonstrated skills as a team player
Additional experience in the following areas would be a plus:
-
Knowledge of Customer Relationship (CRM) applications
-
Familiarity of Financial Services Industry

Basic knowledge of SQL
-
Software QA Experience

Most benefits are available to eligible employees who work 30 or more hours per week. Those working less than 30 hours per week are granted most benefits on a pro-rated basis.
