This position is not a call center support representative job, but a job where the person will be on a first name basis with our clients providing them with exceptional customer software support service. The right candidate will be well organized, have outstanding technical skills and enjoy solving problems. Additionally, the candidate will have the skill and aptitude to triage difficult issues affecting usability, including error messages, network and client OS problems, etc. This is an ideal position for a candidate who has some core technical knowledge, an ability to communicate, loves problem solving and can excel in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as an end user resource, responding to queries from our clients

Triage and identify root cause of technical issues, while not necessarily resolving them

Ability to understand and create complex SQL queries

Some experience with the software development lifecycle, including pre-release processes

Some prior experience with software validation (QA or UAT)

Prior experience in a software support, QA or BA role
The right candidate must have:
-
A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related client services/support work experience.

Superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of relational databases; strong SQL skills

Demonstrated skills as a team player
Additional experience in the following areas would be a plus:
-
Knowledge of Customer Relationship (CRM) applications

Familiarity of Financial Services Industry

Skills with at least 1 software development language, preferably a .NET language

Strong desire to develop problem solving skill sets
